“Jeff, Nancy and Family,

We just wanted to thank you again for your help after Ashley’s death. The carved box for her ashes is so nice and the rainbow bridge story is so true. We had heard it before in conjunction with our ferrets. It is hard without Ashley, but we are happy that she is no longer uncomfortable. She and Shadow may be frolicking together!”

Dear Russell Family,

Thank you so much for the wonderful and heart-felt care you took of our best friend Madison. From arranging pick-up, the wonderful precious paw prints and Rainbow Bridge poem, cremating her and the most beautiful urn. She has pride of place in our house surrounded by the wonderful memories we shared with her. We miss her dearly.

Thank-you, Thank-you, Thank-you!

Sherborne Family

I just wanted to tell you that you all have done such a wonderful job with the cremation of our families beloved rat Dottie. She passed very suddenly and extremly young and we took great comfort in receiving her ashes. At first I was expecting to receive her in a tin or bag with standard cat and dog prints. This happened with the passing of my dogs and all my searches for pendents to place Dottie in. So to receive her in the beautiful wooden box with the lovely flowers made me want to cry. It was truly lovely and I know that my Fiance felt the same.

Having rats can be difficult after they pass, no one makes objects with rat related prints or images. So even if the box you placed her in was something generic or even standard, I found great comfort in it. It was just lovely and it was comforting not to see standard paw prints.

So thank you again for presenting her in such a way and thank you again for cremating her with her possessions.

Sincerely,

Victoria and Michael

Hello,

My husband and I wanted to let you know that we feel our little Sheltie, Callie, who was just one month short of 16 years old when she died was handled in death with respect and compassion. We have had the experience in the past where this wasn't the case and it is heart-breaking.

When we saw the box that contained her remains and when we smiled at her paw print with her name, our hearts were eased. Your inclusion of the Rainbow Bridge and your personal note from the staff did even more to soothe our hearts.

Thank you for taking this work seriously and for having the open heart that comes with being an animal lover.

Kindest regards and deep appreciation,

Judy and Dick

I want to thank you for taking care of Bella for me. I can't believe that she's gone...The box is beautiful...the paw print is awesome & will always have her in my heart...Thank you for the Rainbow Bridge print.

Curt,

Thank you very much for taking care of my cat Kasey. She was 19 and 1/2 years old and lived a good, long life. I'm just glad that I can now have her with me for the rest of my life. The urn is beautiful and the gift bag that she was returned in was very nice as well. I appreicate everything that you did for me and my family.

Thank you.

Kim

Our dear Labador retriever SNICKERS passed away suddenly on March 17th, 2018. I can't say enough about the care and consideration the Russell family showed for his body at the time I dropped him off. They handled him gently and told us they would follow up his remains. Their follow-up presentation of Snickers ashes and the option of a paw print token was more than what we expected. They certainly are animal lovers and take thier jobs seriously for all of us aniaml lovers. Thank you for making his passing easier on both of us.

Sincerely,

Britt & Maureen Michel

Thank you for my dear dog Cruisers ashes. He was almost 16 years old, but his sudden illness and having to let him go was so hard.
Your extra touches were beautiful.
